Basically we Lacked the talent to produce our own music, so we took the obvious path. We turned to supporting indie bands in an attempt satiate our love for music. Before we knew it we were working with bands that we had listened and adored in our youth.
Some of the bands we've been lucky enough to work with include Straight Outta' Junior High, All Time Low, Four Year Strong, Limbeck, Showoff, and Promise of Redemption.
And that's only a handful of the dozens of bands we've worked with over the course of the last five years.
There's no denying it. We've truly been blessed (lucky) to work with some amazing talent. And we can only hope that there will be many more bands as talented and passionate as those we've already worked with in our future.
We've made Kyoto Drive's four song EP "Spotlights and Stars" available for free download at www.myspace.com/pacificridgerecords or purevolume.com/pacificridgerecords.
We could make some crack about the free music being a "stimulus package." But then we'd have to kick our own ass for sounding like every other band/label in the U.S. Simply enjoy our kind-hearted generosity :)
